All payments made to ARNEKIS are non‑refundable except under the conditions stated below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within two (2) days of the original payment date, provided no substantive project work or deliverables have been initiated or provided.
3. Non‑Refundable Items
- Completed services or delivered milestones
- Monthly AI Agent licensing fees once activated
- Digital or downloadable products once accessed
- Setup fees after work has begun
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@arnekis.com within the 2‑day window with your order ID, purchase email, and reason.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
- Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Service continues through the current billing period; no partial period refunds.
- Project Work: Project engagements are milestone‑based; amounts for completed milestones are non‑refundable.
6. Payment Providers
Refunds (when applicable) are processed via the original payment provider (PayPal or Razorpay). Processing times depend on the provider and issuing bank.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a dispute is filed, we may suspend services while investigating. We recommend contacting us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.
