Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2025

1. Engagement

By purchasing or subscribing to ARNEKIS services (Agents, Bundles, Consulting, or Concierge), you enter into a binding agreement with ARNEKIS (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Payment Terms

All setup fees are payable upfront. Pricing is displayed in USD (or equivalent in INR/EUR/GBP). Conversion rates may vary at checkout.

Accepted methods: PayPal (Global) and Razorpay (India). Payment is considered final upon confirmation by the provider.

3. Licensing & Ongoing Management

Each ARNEKIS Agent or Bundle requires active licensing and monthly management. Setup includes provisioning, deployment, and initial configuration.

  • First Month Complimentary: The first month of management and licensing fees is included at no additional cost, beyond the setup fee.
  • Ongoing Monthly Fees: From Month 2 onward, management and licensing fees are due:
    • Tier 1 Agents (Setup $499) → $99/month
    • Tier 2 Agents (Setup $4,999) → $499/month
    • Tier 3 Agents (Setup $14,999) → $1,999/month
  • These fees cover infrastructure, licensing, monitoring, optimization, and continuous updates.
  • Fees are non-refundable and billed monthly until cancellation or termination of agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary access, and not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer ARNEKIS systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary ARNEKIS Agents, frameworks, and processes remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Agents and services as outlined in their agreement.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but no partial refunds are provided for unused billing cycles.

7. Limitation of Liability

ARNEKIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months of service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Jurisdiction lies with Ahmedabad courts.
